• Screen Printing

It is the process where we transfer your desired stenciled design onto the folder cover using a mesh screen or ink. This option is perfect where one or more Pantone color is required in an adequate quantity of 100 to 3,000.

• Deboss & Emboss

The science of debossing is such that the male die goes on top and the female die makes it to the bottom. This will create a depressed logo effect on the cover. While, on the other hand in embossing the female die makes it to the top while male dies will serve as the counter. This will create an elevated image. Then, by using the combination of heat and pressure, the die is squeezed into the paper to generate an image. Embossing however is costlier than debossing.

• Fabric Covering

Specially selected vibrant colors cloth outer covers are wrapped around the casing of the binder. Fitting the fabric under the ring bar and turning the edges of the outer piece of the cloth is a technical task. You can choose the cloth type, material, color, & pattern for your file folder cover.

• Custom Designed Digital Printed

We can design any of your illustrations and artwork in photoshop. We’ll save that file in print-ready CMYK format in 300 dpi (dots per inch). Thus, you’ll get a high-resolution digital printing result on your cover. This is a modern yet expensive option.

• Gold & Silver Hot Foil Stamping

We craft the design in foil and etch it onto the metal die. The foil is sandwiched in between the warm die and the surface of the binder and hence it is stamped with gold or silver.
